N2 THE NET may only be used for lawful purposes!

Unlawful Access to Other Networks

Any access to other networks through N2 THE NET must also comply with the rules imposed by that other network. The transmission or receipt through N2 THE NET of any material in violation of any United States, state or international law or regulation is prohibited. Such are grounds for account termination.

Other Illegal Activities

Any activity found to be illegal and to have taken place through N2 The Net is grounds for account termination.
